All the staff involved were helpful throughout the whole process. The delivery of the in stock new car took a little longer than first indicated, as it had to be delivered from a dealer in Scotland but this was resolved on an acceptable period.

I wasn't sure if I wanted a nearly new F56 Mini or a new F66. Ella Laywood took me through the differences and allowed me to drive both on more than one occasion. Her manner and knowledge is excellent as are her communication skills.

The software upgrade created problems and i was advised by Gp 1 to use the breakdown service. The engineer found faults but not certain that everthing would be ok. He said if there were further problems i should return to Gp 1 Lincoln as he could do

Arrived early for my appt but nice area to wait in. MOT carried out, good clear communication & timely carry out of job. Only observation I would make is a few days after I had a phone call. Couldn't understand chap. So I ended call.

From booking my mini in for service and MOT to collecting the car I was very satisfied with the staff.. I was informed when the car was ready for collection and when I arrived back at the garage to collect it my car had been cleaned as requested.

The showroom team were great. It was disapointing to drive off and, after half a mile or thereabouts, get a warning sign that the new tyres had not been synchronised with the computer (or along those lines). So, I had to drive back.

Overall satisfactory but you have changed who deals with service plans which meant the service reception were busy with servicing and quotes for plans - seemed rushed and quoted prices different to numbers sent on email

So where do I start, I went to so many car dealerships and then I went to mini. To say Nigel Emberton blew me away with his caring attitude and his patients. I was looking to spend 14-15 k and ended up spending over 26,000, he put me in the car.
