All the staff involved were helpful throughout the whole process. The delivery of the in stock new car took a little longer than first indicated, as it had to be delivered from a dealer in Scotland but this was resolved on an acceptable period.

Because we booked for an early service and to identify why an engine warning light was on. none of these were carried out. Apparently, they said they added adblue. when I picked car up I was told car needed engine repairs of £8,000 and another £2,000

Communication was poor. Further action was required with my car that should have been arranged and updated with us within 48 hours and was only arranged when we contacted the service centre ourselves over a week later

Everyone on the BMW site where I had to drop my keys was fine. Mini, however, waited for someone to speak to me. Due to talk to someone about a possible valuation - kept waiting, only spoken to when the customer being served suggested it.

The Receptionist was unhelpful, unprofessional and arrogant in her attitude. Lack of communication when my MINI was being worked on, despite me telephoning and leaving a message after hearing nothing!

Rosie on reception was exceptional. However the video if the health check didn't arrive to my email until 23:34 that night and although cut in rubber on one tyre was explained by Sophie technician, she was unable to show me on the video due to bfs.

From booking my mini in for service and MOT to collecting the car I was very satisfied with the staff.. I was informed when the car was ready for collection and when I arrived back at the garage to collect it my car had been cleaned as requested.

The showroom team were great. It was disapointing to drive off and, after half a mile or thereabouts, get a warning sign that the new tyres had not been synchronised with the computer (or along those lines). So, I had to drive back.

This was just an allow wheel refurbished from insurance I purchased when I poached the car new. The fix is ok but you can see where it is. Colour seems more silver and final isn't great
